Albert D. Cuellar, M.D. graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Bioengineering. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. After obtaining certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery he completed a fellowship in Adult Joint Reconstruction at Presbyterian Hospital/Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Cuellar specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery. He has done thousands of these procedures ranging from routine to highly complex cases. With his engineering background, he has consulted with several medical companies regarding implant and instrument design. He designed computerized surgical navigation for knee replacement surgery and was involved in cutting-edge robotic surgical technology. He has designed, written, and implemented software applications to help streamline his medical practice.
Stefan Kreuzer, M.D., MSc. As a board-certified and fellowship-trained joint replacement surgeon, Stefan Kreuzer, MD, has pioneered the development in Minimally-Invasive and Computer-Assisted hip and knee replacement surgery. He is actively involved in training and has been invited to lecture and demonstrate his surgical techniques for surgeons throughout the United States, Asia, and Europe. Dr. Kreuzer is currently on multiple design teams for the development of the next generation of knee and hip implants, and acts as a consultant to many device companies to assist them with further advancing care for patients. With many research and academic interests in addition to his clinical practice, he has devoted his career to improving the quality-of-life for the patient in need of joint replacement surgery.
Eric Slotkin, DO is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in complex total joint arthroplasty of the hip, knee, and shoulder. Dr. Slotkin works with Orthopaedic Associates of Reading, Ltd., where patients in Reading and West Reading, Pennsylvania, receive the most advanced orthopaedic care. Dr. Slotkin is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency requirements at PinnacleHealth System and Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Pennsylvania. He completed additional fellowship training in adult reconstruction and joint replacement at the internationally renowned Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
Christopher V. Nguyen, M.D. is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Nguyen also received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. While attending Tulane University School of Medicine, Dr. Nguyen was the recipient of the Norman Woody Medical Scholarship and the Hannah Woody Medical Scholarship. Dr. Nguyen completed his post-doctorate Internship and Residency programs at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Nguyen also completed Fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Arjun Saxena, M.D. Rothman Institute Dr. Saxena is a fellowship trained board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. A Bucks County native, Dr. Saxena enrolled in the prestigious accelerated medical program at Pennsylvania State University for undergrad and Thomas Jefferson Medical College for medical school. He trained in orthopaedic surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and completed specialized training in Adult Reconstruction at the Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic in Virginia.

Gabe Moss currently works at Microsoft in the Azure Healthcare Engineering organization where he is responsible for designing, building, and executing the strategy focusing on building a key ecosystem of partners to help scale the various Azure Healthcare Data+AI services. He is responsible for product strategy and market planning, commercial GTM activities, partnership frameworks, and evaluating how Microsoft Healthcare can enable commercial scale through either funding investments, engineering investments, M&A, or GTM support.
He has a spent time in both the medical device industry as well as engineering consulting. Gabe earned a MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison focused on Technology Product Management and Healthcare Strategy and a Bachelor’s of Science from The Ohio State University.
Kevin Shannon Board Director, Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund LLC/ Former CFO, Harvard Mgt Company, Inc.
Kevin is an experienced chief financial officer and transformative leader with over 25 years in the endowment, alternative investments, and investment banking sectors. He brings extensive governance experience serving on and presenting to Boards of Directors in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. He has served in CFO and/or EVP roles with Harvard Management Company, Inc., the Investment Advisor for the University’s $42B general investment account; Moore Capital Management, LLC, a large multi-strategy private investment company with offices in New York, London and Tokyo; and Lehman Brothers. Kevin has also served as a part-time adjunct lecturer with Baruch College’s Department of Accounting. He received his BS degree, Magna Cum Laude, from New York University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mike West is a highly accomplished senior executive who brings a combination of financial and operational experience to his work as strategic advisor serving complex healthcare services and healthcare technology organizations.
The founder and principal of West Strategies Group LLC, a firm serving healthcare systems, service & technology organizations focused on the provision of musculoskeletal care, Mike has a keen understanding of the ways in which technology innovation intersects with healthcare strategy to improve patient outcomes.
As CEO of The Rothman Institute, he worked closely with physician shareholders and board of directors as the driving force leading strategic expansion from a single office with seven physicians to one of the largest private medical practices in the country. During his tenure leading all financial and operational aspects of the now 200+ provider, 40+ location, 1400 employee practice.
Gordon Stein VP-Global Supply Chain, General Dynamics Land Division HQ
Gordon’s 33 years of experience includes senior leadership responsibilities in production and engineering procurement, materials and operations management, profit-loss management, and contract negotiations, in both U.S. and global markets. He has overseen projects for the Abrams, Stryker, EFV, and FCS combat vehicle programs. Prior to his work at General Dynamics Land Systems, Gordon was responsible for supply chain management career at Lockheed Martin’s California operation, working on the P-3 Orion, F-22, C-5, and L1011 aircraft programs.
Mr. Stein holds an MBA in Marketing and International Finance from West Coast University and a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Jeff Weiss is our Chief Executive Officer and serves on our Board of Directors. He is also a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, and Securities & Corporate Governance practice groups.
For more than 25 years, Jeff has represented both public and private companies in middle-market mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He has provided sophisticated and thorough business planning and general corporate counseling to a diverse range of clients in an equally diverse range of industries. His experience includes representing both sellers and purchasers in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions and representing borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions, including private and public offerings of securities, secured debt facilities, and mezzanine debt financings. In addition, many private and public companies rely on Jeff as their general corporate counsel for advice on everyday legal matters, equity incentives, reporting requirements and corporate governance obligations.
